Because we hand-make your customised Frescher lamp to order, we are not able to offer refunds or returns except where covered by our Warranty.
Please choose your lamp and options carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you want to make a change to your order, it may be possible depending on how far advanced we are in building your lamp. Frescher Furniture makes no guarantee that we will be able to accomodate any changes requested.

If you are not happy with the product that you have received, please contact us and discuss the issue directly. We will do our very best to resolve any issues and work with you to find a solution.

Our Warranty
All Frescher Furniture products come with a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of manufacture.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when products are used for their intended purpose and cared for appropriately under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Damage caused by extreme conditions or prolonged direct sunlight

Scratches, burns, stains, or use of inappropriate cleaning products

Freight or transport damage
-
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
As our products are made from natural solid timber, variations in grain, colour, and minor movement over time are normal and not considered defects.

Remedies
If you believe there is a manufacturer's defect in your lamp, please email us with a photo, and any other evidence, and a description of the fault. We will work with you to determine what the problem is and ascertain if there is a manufacturer's defect. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Frescher Furniture will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Frescher Furniture will pay for the freight costs in returning the item to us and sending the repaired lamp or a replacement back to you.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
